Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was a delicious recipe. I made it as written, served with brown rice and green beans - my husband and I fought over the leftovers!

Crab Quiche
I used real (albeit canned) crab, and half and half instead of cream. It was great! I doubled the recipe and made 2 quiches. Served for Easter brunch and they were a hit.

Banana Banana Bread
Delicious!! I left out the walnuts (don't like nuts) and used the recommended substitution of pineapple for the cherries. It was very moist. It tasted better after a day or 2.
