This is WONDERFUL! One of my dad's favorite things is carrot souffle so I made this for dad's day and he loved it! The only thing that I changed was to boil the carrots with a little bit of sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in the water, just adds a little sweet taste.

On Wisconsin Beer Brats

These are awsome!! I don't usually eat the Brats when we have BBQ's, but there were so good I ate two. Everyone always wants teh recipe when I make them.

Sweet Potato Pie

Cornbread Salad I

This is wonderful! My husband had been wanted a cornbread salad, but I had never had it before. I doubled the amount of cornbread and added an extra layer of ranch sauce and it was just perfect.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

This recipe was good, but came out more like a dip not so much a cheese ball. I used graham cracker stix for everyone to scoop it with and that worked well.

Sweet Vidalia Onion Pie

This was the greatest recipe, thanks for posting! I added more cheese on top and let it cook a little longer than suggested to brown the cheese and it was wonderful! My husband and I loved it. I will make this again!

Brown Sugar Smokies

These were great!! My husband wasn't sure if he wanted any at first, but then he ate more than I did! I put the bacon in the brown suger first, doing both sides. It's really easy to make and even better to eat! Thanks for sharing!
