I have a small catering business and really enjoy what I do. I love coming to Allrecipes because of the rating system. It is fun to see what is new and popular in the way of food too.
My favorite things to cook
I really enjoy learning about other cultures thru the food of its people. I really don't have a favorite thing to cook because I enjoy all aspects of cooking. I would love to learn more about Indian food and some different grilling techniques.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Just add big croutons and a lot of fresh ground pepper! Wonderful!!

Italian Beef Sandwiches
Excellent!! Nice fast meal for a family on the go! I did add some cooking sherry to the beef broth and it really kicked the flavor factor up. I did add provolone to the sandwiches too. Yum!
