Azteca Soup
A light and refreshing soup. Very good! The avocado is wonderful with it. I made a vegetarian version by using veggie broth--tasted great!

Spicy Scones
Really wonderful! They couldn't be quicker or easier, and the smell is incredible. I used raisins instead of currants; they were fine.
