Clone of a Cinnabon
This recipe is great! They came out soft and disappeared fast! I replaced one cup of flour with whole wheat and before rolling them I added some flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower and poppy seeds to the cinnamon to add some texture and the seed flavors I love. I will definitely be making them again

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
This is my new favorite roast recipe. Since finding it last month I have made it twice with rave reviews. The gravy turns out fantastic! I have never seen people have so many helpings of mashed potatoes.

Icelandic Pepper Cookies
I am a big fan of gingersnaps, but now i am going to make these instead. I love the hint of pepper ( i may add a dash more next time) and found it had a nice buttery flavor. I did not chill the batter. I rolled them into balls and flattened them with the bottom of a glass sprinkled with icing sugar to prevent sticking. This was a hit in my family.
