I only occasionally really enjoy cooking, usually when I"m making something for the first time, other then that cooking is just another thing on my "todo" list. My kids keep me super busy, an when Im not chasing them around, Im working nights serving. I Like to try new things, and will taste anything once, I figure life is to short to not try all the flavors out there... chicken alfredo, asiago chicken, fajitas, any thing thats easy, and tastes good, oh and did i mention fast? I've made cream puffs that actually puffed up! Thats a big deal for me! my cakes always fall, so do my cookies... I always forget about our high elevation when Im baking
