I give this 3.5 stars because it was more "biscuity" than bready. But when the main ingredients call for Bisquik, I guess I cant complain too much. I give it 4 stars for creativity and flavor. I made them for a Halloween party and everyone loved the idea and the flavor. I am not sure how much Italian seasoning and garlic powder I used, but enough that it tasted yummy! But I couldn't get past the biscuit texture. All in all, that averages a 3.5 in my book! lol I think next time I will use a different bread stick recipe and incorporate the same techniques for making the brooms and the flavors. :)

I voted 4 stars because they were good cookies, still a little on the floury side even after adding vanilla. I also added an m&m to the tops for the kids. However, I really enjoyed the cookies!
