Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I've made pot roast many times, but none has ever been this good. My mom suggested that I cook the roast overnight in the crockpot on "Low." I added a touch of Worchesteshire sauce. I added the potatoes, carrots and onions the next morning and cooked all on "High" for an additional 4 hours. Everyone raved about it!
