I added 1/2 stick of butter to the mix and this was delicious! The whole family raved about it.

I've made pot roast many times, but none has ever been this good. My mom suggested that I cook the roast overnight in the crockpot on "Low." I added a touch of Worchesteshire sauce. I added the potatoes, carrots and onions the next morning and cooked all on "High" for an additional 4 hours. Everyone raved about it!
