Grandma's Noodles I
Wish I didn't have to give it one star. The proportions are all off. You need 1 cup of flour to 1 egg plus a little salt & baking powder and add as much milk as half a cracked egg shell. You won't go wrong this way.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
I made this only substitutions made were.. 3/4c. sour cream & 3/4c. buttermilk. I think this makes them creamier with more flavor, not the little bit of bitterness that comes with sour cream.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I have made this over & over again and everyone raves about it. It's easy made. You must drain the spinach really well before using it. When it's watery, well needless to say, it's not as good. I have let mine set 2 hours in the frig before serving and it's just fine but longer is better.
