Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce
Tender but the chicken did not have a chance to get golden brown.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
Used 1/2 cup light sour cream as reviewers suggested, as well as a t of red wine, worchestershire, crushed garlic, and soy sauce. Delicious and creamy.

Broiled Pork Chops
I also added BBQ sauce to tone down the ketchupy-ness and felt this needed more brown sugar to carmelize this into a glaze. It was just ok.
