Spicy Sweet Potato Salad
This recipe is great! I thought the curry was a little too strong, so next time, I'll cut it down to 1/2-3/4 T; also, the onions turned out kind of stringy; I'll quarter and then thinly slice. But overall a wonderful alternative to traditional potato salad!

Chinese Chicken Salad III
This recipe is absolutely fabulous! Very tasty. The only thing I did different was add some bean sprouts for extra crunch and flavor. Terrific!

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese
This recipe is fabulous. Such great flavors all in one simple salad. I just cut the amount of olive oil in half to cut down on the fat. It's great!
