I used this recipe to make mini-quiches -- they were delicious! I just grabbed a box of Jiffy to make the crusts, and pressed them into a 9-serving cupcake pan. Then I followed previous reviewers in pressing cheese into the crust to prevent wetness. It takes more cheese than the recipe calls for (more surface area), but it's worth it. Half the recipe for the broccoli filling and the egg-milk topping filled my mini-quiches perfectly. They were done in 25 minutes at 350, and I sprinkled a little Parmesan on each one 5 minutes before they were finished. Yum!

Incredible soft, flavorful meat with rich dipping sauce. Beef broth and toasted italian/french bread is a must. Add a couple of slices of avocado, and this sandwich is unbeatable.

Delicious, especially for the citrus lover. I used lime instead of lemon, added a little more salt, and added a chopped plum tomato.
