Garlic Parmesan Orange Roughy
This is an excellent dish. I've made it twice. The second time I used a apckage of hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing, subbing the dijonaisse for the mayonaise. Not better, just different. There was some dressing left over, so i just used poured it into the caraffe and used it to dress salads.

Tacos in Pasta Shells
An excellent quickie!! I left out the chips and used manicotti tubes instead of shells. Then I topped with a layer of refried beans, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese just before serving.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I've made this 4 or 5 times now with outstanding results. I leave out Basil, as my wife doesn't like it. I add double cheese and garlic powder in balls. I make bigger balls so only get 6 per pound. I add minced garlic, cheese and mushrooms to the sauce and simmer in the balls for the last 45 instead of 30 as they are larger. Great recipe!!
