French Egg and Bacon Sandwich
I did not expect to like this, was just giving my husband a treat...but SURPRISE! I really liked it in spite of a lifelong habit of keeping my eggs seperate from anything sweet on my plate! Try it, you'll like it!

Grilled Salmon I
I was afraid I'd get too much of a sweetness or saltiness, but it came out loaded with this mellow blend of delicious flavors. THANKS. Will use often.

Pesto Cream Sauce
REALLY nice served with large shrimp, but decided that i would love it more with bite sized chicken thrown in, instead.
