Cream of Wheat Griddlecakes
These are the best pancakes I've ever made! They really do taste just like ones you'd get in a breakfast restaurant (like IHOP). They are light and fluffy, although you can kinda feel the cream of wheat... but you won't mind!!! I don't write many reviews, but these pancakes are so good I had to!

Quick and Easy Grilled Cheese
Excellent way to spice up grilled cheese! I did cut back a little on all the herbs. Wish I had found this sooner! My kids LOVED it! (and they can be pretty picky)

Strawberry Pie II
SO GOOD!!! I couldn't believe how fast this disappeared - I had to make a 2nd pie. : ) I followed the recipe exactly, but used store-bought cool whip instead of making whipped cream.
