I really liked this recipe, though I agree with some of the other reviews that the onion was a little overpowering, so next time I will use green onion instead. I also added celery, which was nice.

This recipe is amazing! I've made it twice now and everyone gathered around it until it was gone...after reading the other reviews, I made the following changes to the recipe which worked very well: Instead of using different cheeses, I just used a 16oz container of Velveeta, an entire 16 oz jar of medium chunky salsa, and about 10 dashes of Tabasco sauce. Deliscious!

This is such a great salad, and continues to get better over the next couple days after you make it as the vinegar soaks in. I always make a large portion as it does keep for at least three days.
