Turkey Noodle Soup

This was very good. We did not use peas. Added 1 garlic clove and oregano, basil and parsely. Would have given this 4 1/2 stars if we could give 1/2 stars.

This was very good. I did not add the extra water. Just added the cornstarch to the soup/milk mixture. I also added some sliced carrots. It could use a little kick. Next time I might add a few sliced red peppers.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

I used chicken broth instead of water. This was very good. My boyfriend, a split pea soup lover, really enjoyed this.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Very good and easy. The stuffing mixture could have used a little more flavor. I would add a little garlic to the mixture and a little sauce too.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was very good. Like others, I doubled the garlic - cooked half of it in olive oil and the other half I left raw. I added a tiny sprinkle of nutmeg. I also added Parmesan/Romano cheese to the mixture. I covered/cooked with a can of Italian plum tomatos. I also sprinkled the chicken with salt and pepper.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

This was very good. I made it exactly as the recipe indicated. I will definintely try adding/using cream cheese next time. The romano/parm cheese flavor was just a bit strong.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

This was fantastic and easy. I did not have fresh parsley, so used dry instead. The fresh basil was key I think. I used one glove of garlic and cut into 4 pieces and sauteed in the oil (we did not want to consume alot of garlic). I made extra pasta and used only 1 can of tomatoes.

Flounder Mediterranean

This was delicious and I didn't even have all of the ingredients. I did not have olives, so added a few extra capers. I used garlic powder and dried basil instead of fresh garlic and basil. I had some leftover asparagus, so added that also. I did not add the parm cheese either. I seasoned the flounder and baked for about 15-20 mins and then just added to the frying pan with other ingredients. I'm sure if I used all of the right ingredients, this would be even better. I will be making this over and over again, since it tastes great, is easy and is not fattening.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Very good recipe. Easy, tasty and didn't make a huge mess. I will make this again for sure. I used egg whites only and it was fine, except I dipped in egg, coated with mixture, dipped again and coated a second time, since the mixture didn't seem to want to stick very well the first time.

Broccoli-Stuffed Sole

This was delicious and so easy. I added a little bit of garlic powder and onion salt to the stuffing mixture. I put a little paprika and cheese on the top. Will definitely make this again.

Grilled Salmon I

Very tasty and easy. I used lemon juice and pepper, like others did. I also forgot to add vegetable oil, but it was still great. I cooked in aluminum foil packet in toaster oven at 450 for 25 minutes.

Sage Pork Chops

This was okay. I added garlic powder and cut the salt and also cut the bouillon in half. I added mushrooms at the end. The sage flavor was a bit much. The chops were very tender and moist, but still not sure if I'll make this again.
