Apple Oatmeal Crisp
Excellent! Followed recipe exactly but used 4 1/2 cups apple (i love apples). my apple of choice was the Mutsu, tastes like a cross between a golden delicious and a granny smith but not as tart as the granny. great choice for an apple crisp!

Zucchini Brownies
Awesome just like everyone says. I see it's been on here for years but i just tried it. so rich, cakier than typical box brownies but so moist and rich it doesn't matter. I almost didn't do it because of the word "cake" in some reviews but so glad I did. They were even a hit with the mother-in-law that said 'yuk' when i told her i was making them. HA!

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread
Really great recipe. I also used applesauce instead of oil and held the nuts but would love to try it with nuts sometime. Really great taste and the zucchini is a great vegetable to hide in this kind of recipe for kids to enjoy. I might try it with squash as well.
