PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

I really enjoyed this recipe. I made is for Easter dinner and everyone raved about it! While I followed the recipe almost completely, I did use reduced fat cream cheese (all that the store had, but a healthy change, too!) and I heated raspberry preserves in a saucepan and spread over the top just before serving. Yummy!

Oven Pot Roast

Delicious! The dry vermouth is a great "secret ingredient" and everyone loved this meal! This will definitely become a staple in my household!

Pecan Pie V

This was a great alternative to the traditional corn syrup version of a pecan pie. I really enjoyed the flavor, but the texture was a bit crumbly when it was heated before serving. Overall, I was pleased with this recipe and I will be making it again soon!
