About this Cook
I first started to experiment with baking around the age of 11, because I liked to eating what I baked!

Di's Delicious Deluxe Deviled Eggs
These turned out very well. I cheated a little when I made mine. Trader Joes sells hard boiled eggs in their dairy section, so I used them instead of hard-boiling eggs myself. I was out of the hot pepper sauce, so I'll probably add some the next time to see the difference. Our guests ate these up very quickly and I'm told they were indeed delicious. Thanks Di.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I made these exactly as written with no substitutions. They were quite good, but just not quite what I was looking for (I like a slightly more cakey brownie). They were a little too overdone on the sides but fudgy more towards the center, eventhough I baked them for less than the recipe called for (30 minutes). Very intense chocolate flavor and very sweet.

Cranberry Sauce
Very nice and simple recipe. I made this recipe after losing a cranberry relish recipe that I found elsewhere (it contained golden raisins with the cranberries). I used 3/4 cup of sugar instead of the full cup and still tasted sweet enough. I'll still search for my original relish recipe, but will make this one until I find it!
