Homestyle Meatloaf

The combo of meats was super tasty! I used dry stuffing instead of the oats. It was great even for my hubby who does not like meatloaf.

Original KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Squares with NEW VANILLA RICE KRISPIES*

I followed this recipe but used the Rice Kripies Vanilla and Chocolate cereal. It was great!!! Very easy to make!

This was a very easy, very satisfying recipe. I added personal touches.... 2 cups veggie broth, 2 cups chicken, cause thats what i had on hand. Added bacon pieces, garlic, celery flakes, extra pepper, and season all type. Used a little less milk and cheese than called for. Mashed the potatos some. Very good on a cold day.

Tasty Green Bean Casserole

This is wonderful! Very good change to a traditional recipe. I left out the red pepper (didn't have any) and added a bit more mozzerella cheese. It was nice and stringy and creamy. VERY good!

Comforting Cube Steaks

This was good. I used diet Sprite instead, both cream of chicken and mushroom soup, and added garlic, onion and pepper. I also added some hot sauce to my own plate, extra yummy! Nice and tender...

White Chicken Enchilada Slow-Cooker Casserole

This is my hubby's favorite dish! This recipe makes ALOT of food. I do change it a little... I leave out the green chiles and put in 1/2 cup hot salsa instead. I add in extra black olives, onions, and poultry seasoning. I also try and get Sargento's Mexican Cheese with dried jalepenos... hard to find but wonderful! I serve this with spanish rice.

Summer Zucchini Casserole

I saute the onions, zuchini and add squash. I also make a little extra stuffing to make sure there is plenty on top to get crusty. Very good, tastes like Thanksgiving in a dish!

Husband's Delight

This is a delicious meal! I make a few changes. I don't do the tomatoes, I put in tomatoe sauce instead. I also add in a layer of chopped, well-drained, spinach. Adds a great taste and veggie serving. I scale it to make 8 servings.
