Panna Cotta
WOW! So good and yet so easy. Both my dad and I have Celiac's disease and this is a great gluten-free dessert to make. Poured hot fudge over the top and it was perfect....

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Made this for some friends for an all girls dinner party/sleepover. We kept going back for more - it was incredible!! used Nutter Butters for the crust instead to add more of that peanut buttery flavor. MUST make!

Pasta Pomodoro
Loved this! Added chicken and used risotta instead of pasta (I have celiac disease). Also, used chicken boulion in the olive oil instead of adding brother - had plenty of liquid without it. My husband said it was great and that I would have to make it again - very flavorful!
