Make-Ahead Meatballs
I made these they are great to take out of the freezer for a fast meal. Meatball sandwich,or spagetti. My husband loves them. 20 in a freeezer bag is enough for the two of us.

Pepperoni Polenta Pizza
My family loves pizza. We get tired of bread, this is a great way to have pizza w/o bread crust. I also add black olives and mushrooms family favorites on pizza.

Cranberry-Walnut Cheesecake Pie
I made this with Jello instant sugar free cheese cake pudding and pie filling. I am diabetic it is hard to find recipes that taste this good and I can eat. My non diabetic husband liked it so much he asked me to make it again the following week. He couldn't tell it was almost sugar free.
