Apple Oatmeal Crisp
Served this to my P.E.O. sisters last night - it was delicious. Mixed Granny Smith and Macs - cut back on the sugar - increased the cinnamon a bit - added dash of lemon - AND added about 3/4 cup of blueberries - this was the kicker ingredient. Wow - first it looked beautiful and tasted even better -everyone wanted the recipe and it will go into my "make again" notebook.

Baked Oatmeal I
Followed reviewers' suggestions - less sugar (used Splenda) added drained canned peaches. Served hot with some yogurt on top. Bacon and cut up fruit on the side. My guest loved it and wanted the recipe.
