Triple Berry Crisp
I really liked this! I ended up using peaches, nectarines, and blueberries because that is what I had on hand. I loved the crisp part and the fact that it was on bottom and top. We ate it out of the oven with vanilla ice cream, mmmm! My sister ate it out of the fridge, cold, and thought it was excellent that way too!

Apple Dumplings II
These were awesome!! They are as good as the local county fair (and that is saying a LOT). The only thing that would make them better is making the pastry myself (I cheated by using pre-made pie crusts... not good with pastry). Love the syrup topping. The second time around I halved the apples/pastry to make smaller servings; this worked just fine and the still came out perfect. Thanks for the great recipe... I never knew apple dumplings could be this easy.

Coconut Bread
This bread is pretty good. The only changes I made were to add coconut extract and about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. I liked the crunch of the walnuts. The sugar on top didn't do much for me... it didn't hurt the bread (of course--it's sugar!) but it just didn't add anything either. I would (will) make this again.
