Easy Herb Roasted Turkey
Very good...try preparing it a day early and letting the meat soak in the marinade.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
This was a pretty good meatloaf. Very moist and tasty. Didn't need to add any salt or pepper to the recipe or even after. Made butter and herb pasta and french green beans with the meal.

Butternut Squash Soup
Everyone raves about this soup. I only use 1/2 of one package of cream cheese, otherwise its way too rich for my taste. The other secret is to DEFINITELY roast the lightly oiled squash (cut in half) placed over some garlic cloves until soft. Your house will smell like heaven and it makes it makes it taste so much better. This is a new family recipe that will be at every Thanksgiving from now on.
