Chewy Granola Bars

These turned out great! I did use 1 c. butter and used about 1/4 cup extra honey. I used chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, they turned out delicious!! :)

Shepherd's Pie

We grew up eating this casserole in my house, but we always had cheese on top of the potatoes, so that's the only change I made to this recipe. It was great! Thanks Sue :)

I liked this recipe, although I thought it was too sweet. Next time I will use less brown sugar. I also used seasoned bread crumbs instead of saltines (what I had on hand), worked great. My 1 year old and 3 year old devoured it (which is a feat at our house!).

Chicken and Dumplings III

I was looking for something fast and easy, and I found it! I actually made the bisquits from scratch, and used cream of chicken and cream of mushroom because that's all I had on hand. It turned out delicious! Even my picky 3 year old ate it!

Baked Pumpkin Bread

I added the extra 1/3 cup pumpkin and extra spices and 1 tsp vanilla. I also added some raisins to one half of the loaf, I will definately put raisins in the whole thing next time, it was delicious! My 3 year old and 18 month old devoured it!

Cheeseburger Pie

This recipe was really easy, especially since I used a storebought premade pie shell! But it just wasn't as yummy as I thought it would be. My family wasn't a big fan of it either, although my little 3 and 18 mo olds ate it just fine. But I won't be making it again.

Banana Bread I

This was really yummy. When it was finally done it was a little dark, so I thought I had burned it, but it was just dark, not burned at all, was really good! Gone in a day.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This recipe was awesome. I only used a 2 lb roast, but I added potatoes and carrots and small whole mushrooms (soooo good!) and still used the whole packet of onion soup and the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, then I put enough water to cover everything. Oh I also followed the suggestion of someone else and added about 2 Tbs of cornstarch a few hours before it was done. I cooked it on high for about 7 hours and the meat was super tender. We had our neighbors over for dinner and everyone raved about it.

Honey Nut Granola

This was good, I think next time I will add more honey though, I like my granola to have big chunks. And I would also add a little more flavor, maybe some extra vanilla. I also used dried cranberries in mine, that was really yummy.

Creamy Chocolate Pudding

I was afraid it was going to take a while longer than 7 minutes, but when my timer went off, it really was done! (It didn't thicken up until the VERY end, so don't worry!) And don't judge it before you get the butter and vanilla in, it still tasted like cocoa, but that last touch really changed the flavor! Great recipe

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

These were great. Took them to a party, frosted with Tianne's chocolate frosting (off this website). The only problem I had was they were a little too soft in the middle, but everyone loved them none the less. And for all I know they're supposed to be that way, it wasn't a BAD thing, just different.

Lemon Cream

This was great. Very easy to make. I used as a filling on a 9x13 layered, silver white cake and used vanilla frosting on top and then added some more of the lemon cream on top. It was very good! I did have some left over, I guess I could have used more on the filling. Everyone loved it.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Okay, the fact that I am rating this with 5 stars says a lot, I really have always hated pie crust, so dry and just not the best part of pie to me. But this crust was awesome! It was really flakey and moist, not dry. So yummy! I actually ate all the crust on my pumpkin pie I made, instead of picking it all off! hehe Super easy and delicious, thanks!

Broccoli Beef I

Okay, maybe I'm just picky, because my dad lived in many different Asian countries, and can cook the best beef and broccoli, but this was NOT anywhere as good. It smelled really good, and looked really good...but the taste just wasn't there. I even added some red pepper sauce to spice it up, didn't help. It was just bland. Then added some more soy sauce, still didn't work. Won't make this again.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Yuuuuummy! I have also made this using Campbell's Fiesta cheese soup, makes for a little different taste and spicy flavor! Super yummy either way, and SUPER easy!
