Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I used the suggestions from Cooking 101. I took three boneless chicken breasts and rubbed garlic powder, salt and pepper on them. I placed them in the crock-pot for about 5-6 hrs on low. I shredded the chicken and drained the grease. I then added the BBQ sauce mixture and added it to the chicken and cooked another 1-2 hours on low. I used Jack Daniels bbq sause w/ brown sugar. I used the meat as a topping on my loaded baked potatos, and they were wonderful.

Coconut Poke Cake

Wonderful, moist cake! I made a day ahead of time. I thought it would be better the long it sat. People were asking for the recipe. And it was so easy and quick to make!

Classic Macaroni Salad

I was worried about making this. I've never made a macaroni salad. But it was a hit! I will make this again without any alterations. It was prefect as written. It taste similar to a macaroni salad at a good salad bar. Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I wanted to make something different, so I made these cookies. I absolutely love making cookies, and I have several really good recipes, and I just added this one to the collection. I made these cookies as stated, no alterations, and they were marvelous! My husband and two kids also loved them. I did add a few chunks of Reese's cups to each cookie about a minute before they finished cooking, which gave it a very appealing look. Enjoy! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
