Sugar-Free Frosting
i cant have straight up milk so i attempted to use soy and it was like soup after it was all over. theres no way i could use this for frosting, ever. it did, however, taste yummy and i dipped chocolate graham crackers in it. so i'll give it 4 stars despite the soupy mess i have left.

Chocolate Trifle
chocolate heaven. so delicious. i did make my own whipped cream to replace cool whip, and sprinkled heath bar over any cool whip layer and drizzled caramel on top. without the heath, or the caramel, it would've been way too 'meh'..but WITH those ingredients, it was pefect! people went back for FOURTHS!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
yum yum yum!!! made this exactly as the recipe said and served it with toasted french bread. took this to a superbowl party and everyone RAVED. so delicious. the flavors together are perfect! however, next time, i would serve it with something other than bread. just didn't cut it for me.
