Rolled Buttercream Fondant
I love rolled buttercream and actually used this recipe to cover my wedding cake. I predominantly use this for sugar cookies when I don't have time to use flood royal icing. The flavor is much better than traditional fondant, though a bit more difficult to work w/ as the rolled buttercream has a tendency to soften a bit too much in warm hands.
