Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is one of my husband's favorite dishes, and he loved it! I didn't think the breadcrumbs stuck to the butter very well...but will try it again. Easy, and good.

Very tasty. Will make these again. Make sure to follow the directions to let the cooked meat cool, before trying to put it inside the pastry to bake it!

Southwestern Pasta Salad

I liked this recipe, non-traditional pasta salad recipe. Needs salt, but I always leave out the salt, and let individuals add it to their taste.

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection

This recipe is great! Wonderful flavors. I did end up with more stuffing than I could use for 4 breasts, so I simply froze the remaining to use later! Perfect!
