Quick Quiche
Don't leave the butter out. Yes its more fat, but if you do, your crust will taste like uncooked flour.

Classic Tiramisu
This was awesome. I could not find mascarpone, and substituted cream cheese. Also layered whipped cream over the cheese mixture instead of folding it in, for more richness. Also tripled the liquor because I like it super moist.

Beer Cheese Dip II
This was ok. Not the awesome 5 star recipe I was expecting. My wife and 3 children did not think it tasted good. Imagine cream cheese and cheddar blended, with a touch of garlic and beer. Bottled jalapeño cheese is much better.
