Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins
These were great. I had to use dark brown sugar, but also added an extra teaspoon of spice. Left out the raisins and added an extra 1/4 cup of walnuts. Definitely a new family favorite!

White Bean 'n' Ham Soup
After having made some of the changes suggested this turned out phenomenal. I like easy cooking and this was it. It was delicious and after tasting it I told my husband that we would be getting no more of it. I was not willing to share with even him. I will definitely be making this again.

Curried Pumpkin Soup
I really enjoyed this as a base recipe. I used fresh pumpkin from my garden and cortland apples because I had them on hand but everything else was to the recipe and it turned out great. I will definitely be making this again!
