Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche
I used this recipe for a Brunch baby shower. I omitted the bacon. (veggie group) I was a little nervous when I took it out of the oven and started cutting it. It was watery in the center. But once it cooled a bit the water absorbed back into the pie. It was so tasty!

Hazelnut Chicken in Prosciutto-Cream Sauce
This was delicious! I was always nervous to make a cream sauce, but this was super easy. I would agree to double the sauce. I omitted the mushrooms b/c the boyfriend doesn't like them. I used 2 huge chicken breasts and put the chicken and sauce over noodles. It fed 5 of us!
