Spinach Pesto Chicken Breasts
We LOVED this. Very easy. I gave it 4 stars because I took reviewers advice and salt and peppered the chicken first and doubled the pesto. After it was done I sprinkled lemon juice over all.

Chicken Pot Pie VI
We LOVED this! We made it for some friends we had over for dinner. We'd never made chicken pot pie before. After reading a couple of reviews we decided to add in some cooked and diced potato to take up some of the sauce. Delicious and we already bought the ingredients to make it again. Thanks for the recipe!

Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken
Ya know I really wanted to like this, but honestly the cinnamon is out of place. The chicken was nice and juicy and it looked great. I'm going to try this again omitting the cinnamon and I think it will be just right. I made it just as the recipe called for.
