Chicken Enchiladas I
This is very good, but not quick and easy. I will probably make again if I have the time. I used whole wheat tortilla's and it tasted great. Also I made my own taco sauce using Hunts whole tomatoes, ketchup, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, turmeric, parsley, cilantro, garlic and onion powder. Tasted good. But reminder to people this is very time consuming. But very tasty.
