I was looking for soul food and ended up with dry food. This original recipe is so dry, a glass of milk barely washed it down my throat!!! Next time I will differently double up the sauce I'm giving it a 3* because I think it can be worked with. But adding this and that, and changing stuff to wear its completely different would not be the same recipe. I'm basing my opinion on his recipe submitted.

This really is the BOMB for easy meatlaof. I cooked it exactly as stated but used turkey burger, and used a 1/2 cup of french fried onions and 1/2 cup of saltines.....yum oh.... Very nice. I will make again and again.

its OK.... kinda bland. i even added extra onion, salt, pepper & more celery. the second time i used real crab meat. but it still taste good, its just that there is something missing... maybe a few things missing........hhmmm maybe, garlic powder...? well any ways it will defiantly make a pretty good salmon dip without the cocktail sauce.
