My Chili
This recipe is good to start with, but I add a few things to make it even better. Try adding a small can of tomato paste and 2 T sugar. I also use 1/2 tsp of garlic powder in place of the fresh garlic because I don't normally have fresh garlic in the house. This chili also has the right amount of beans. Most chili recipes have too many so if you don't like a lot of beans in your chili, then this recipe is for you.

Potato Soup with a Kick
This is good soup. It does have a little bit of a kick, but if you're used to spicy foods then you're probably going to want to add more hot sauce so you can really feel the heat. I like that fact that this recipe uses common ingredients that are in nearly everyone's pantry.

Best-Ever Chocolate Cake
This cake is tasty. I would recommend having it as a summer dessert because it's stored in the fridge.
