This was wonderful! We didn't change a thing! It was great with Morracan Chicken and Cous Cous. Everyone loved it and no one was miserable when they got up from the table since the meal was so light.

Crab Stuffed Manicotti
Very Good - we actually used fresh crab legs left over from dinner the night before (every Sunday is Steak night). I changed the spices in the sauce to white pepper, lemon pepper, and a little cayenne (we like it spicy).
