Excellent recipe! I have made it a couple of times and the only problem I ever find is that occassionally it does not cook all the way through. This time I used the called for 3 cups of oil and presto! Perfectly cooked chicken! Thanks so much for this great recipe!

These muffins were amazingly good and so easy to make. My 4 and 6 year olds loved helping to make (and eat) them. To mash the blueberries I put them in a ziplock bag between the two of them on the table and told them to pound away! They LOVED that part almost as much as eating them. I will definately make these again and again!

wonderful rolls, reminded me of the ones I used to get in the cafeteria's when I was a kid! Bonus was I got to use the left over buns for my sons school lunches!
