These crab cakes have a *wonderful* flavor! I really like them a lot, but my husband and I agree that the next time I make them, I should use more crab meat.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Turned out wonderful!! I cooked it in the "hot bath" for one hour and then let it sit in the oven for 6 hours. My only corrective for next time is to insure that the cheesecake pan is wrapped securely with foil. I wrapped it with three layers, but water still got in to the bottom of the cheesecake. I might try a cooking bag under the foil next time. Even with the soft crust, it was delicious, and everyone loved it!!

Pasta Bake

Very good! I actually didn't have any mushrooms on hand (gasp!), and I used chicken sausage with spinach and asiago cheese instead of the lean ground beef, because that's what I had on hand. My family loved it! We'll have this again!

Oh-So-Good Chicken

I love mushrooms, but they seemed out of place in this recipe. We added black beans to this recipe and sprinkled it with crushed tortilla chips and cheese. Which I think was a great choice, but again, I will leave the mushrooms out next time!

Simple Baked Apples

I followed the recipe's ingredients exactly, and the results were delicious! After peeling and cutting the apples, I put them in a large ziploc bag, added the spices, and shook the bag to coat the apples. This worked very well! I then added the remainder of the ingredients and shook them together before pouring them into the baking dish. It was super easy, and the apples were evenly coated!

Italian Meat Loaf

I cooked it in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. After cooking, let meat loaf sit for 10-15 minutes so that it doesn't fall apart. Very good.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

Delightful! The only bad thing -- all the calories! There were about 1000 calories just in the pastry alone! After knowing that, I halved mine with my husband, who also thought this was a huge hit! My entire family *loved* it!

Gnocchi Bake

This is the first time I've ever had gnocchi. I couldn't find frozen gnocchi at the store in my southern town, so I made it from scratch before adding it to this recipe. It turned okay --wasn't bad at all, just not something that I'll make again.
