Easy Fruit Cobbler
This was an easy cobbler to make...and very quick for a fun family dessert. I would probably opt for a more crusty style cobbler if I was having guests.

Chicken Spinach Quiche
This was indeed a great recipe...I used fresh spinach and cooked it slightly before added to the recipe...I agree that it was too rich for seconds but an extra egg would make the difference.
