Rich Chocolate Cupcake
Pretty easy to make and nice and rich. I would agree that it is a little bland, but I'll try frosting to give it some more zing. They only yielded 18 cupcakes for me, not 24.

Molasses Banana Bread
I made this with the full cup of molasses and it seemed to over power the banana flavor a little bit. Next time I would either add more bananas or less molasses. I used regular flour and that seemed to work. Overall very good.

Swiss Carrot Cake
This came out out great, without a lot of effort. I used freshly squeezed orange juice instead of lemon. Half the juice of one orange went into the cake and the other half went into the glaze. I also only 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar in the glaze. This will make a great breakfast treat!
