Apple Crumb Pie
The pie tasted GREAT, especially with the addition of raisins and walnuts. My only complaint is that there was a lot of water left in the pie pan. I don't know if that's the kind of apple I used? I had a lot of golden delicious left from an apple-picking expedition that were very good. The crumb topping was delicious as well!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
20 minutes in my oven burned the crust...and continuing with the recipe just turned the whole crust black. The lemon topping was also terrible looking - I would NOT recommend making this recipe the same as listed!!! It's a waste of your time and ingredients. The recommendations many refer to where you double the topping is a great one - that worked perfect the 2nd time around! Thanks to that reviewer!!!

Corn Zucchini Skillet
I loved this! I had a few changes...when I cut open my summer squash it didn't look too good, so I threw it out and replaced it with red and green bell peppers. Delicious!
