Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
This soup was excellent. I thought it was a bit thick but we didn't mind that. I made this recipe exactly as written and it was really good. I will however leave out the garbanzo beans next time becuase we didn't like the texture of them in the soup. Will make this again.

Roasted Garlic
Wow! This was amazing. This is the first time I've ever made or tasted roasted garlic and I'm very happy that I made 4 heads of garlic. I did take the advice of other reviewers and baked it a lot longer. I used canola oil instead of olive oil and baked them for 1 hour. I will be making these a lot!

Pistachio Cake II
Awsome recipe! This cake is so good. The whole thing went in a flash. Today I'm going to make a chocolate version using rootbeer or cherry soda. The only thing I changed was instead of the 2 envelopes of whipped topping mix I used whipped cream. I will be making this often. Thanks for posting the recipe!
