Big Soft Ginger Cookies
awesome cookies i used abou 4 tbls of ginger (not kidding) and I added black pepper to them. They have been loved by all who recieved them. I love them too!!

Pumpkin Bread IV
I always use nearly 2x the pumpkin it only makes it more moist but it does spoil fast refrigerate or freeze ASAP. Coconut and raisins make it taste amazing. Oh yeah a bit of vanilla extract i have found adds a nice touch also I am always generous with the spices. Wow this is fun!!
