Ok, so I made the browinies before reading the reviews. I thought the recipe was missing something as it was powdery dry before the zucchini was added. So I went back to the computer and re-read the recipe, then the reviews. No longer quite so worried, I proceded and have just taken a batch of beautiful looking brownies out of the oven. Great recipe...a keeper. PS: I also cut the sugar to 1 cup.
