My two year old devoured this! He wanted seconds, and he NEVER does seconds. I followed the recipe except I used Beefaroni cans. I cooked it on the stovetop. Very quick, very easy and tastey! Thank you for a quick fun recipe.

Quick and easy to make. My family loved it, even my fussy two year old. I did follow some of the previous reviews and spread the refried beans on the tortillas instead of mixing with the meat mixture. I also used taco seasoning with the meat, added no water just mixed the seasoning in dry. I drained most of the liquids from the tomatoes and green chilies as well.
