Mother of two, nine years apart. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, so if I cook it, it has to be easy. :) I love to bake, but I also look forward to the Thanksgiving turkey every year. My turkey for Thanksgiving this year was perfect, which was a triumph because my arthritis was hurting me a lot. I used a recipe from Allrecipes, too. :) One time I made gingerbread, but didn't realize that the bottom rack of the oven was too low. That entire pan not only burned, it filled the kitchen with smoke, and my housemate had to rush the baby out of the kitchen so he wouldn't breathe it!
