Chicken Noodle Casserole I
Ok, there are so many good reviews on this, but everyone is adding to it or changing the recipe. I made it as is, thought it was kind of bland, so did the rest of my family. Also, 4 chicken breasts seems like a lot for a fairly small casserole? Sorry, just wasn't worth all the work to get it in the oven. Everyone needs to make the recipes as is and rate them that way.

Apple Squares
Wow! These are good! Doubled the recipe in a 9 x 13 pan and glad I did, one batch would have been a tease. Made these along with decorated sugar cookies, chocolate peanut clusters, don't know if they will last till Christmas! Next time I will triple the recipe to make thicker bars, cut down on the sugar somewhat and they were plenty sweet. Needed to use up some apples I had, great way to do it, thanks BarbiAnn!

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake
OMG, this was so good. I've never had a cake so moist and tender, my hubby raved about it. The yogurt instead of sour cream is not noted in the ingredients. I doubled the recipe and used half sour cream, half vanilla yogurt. Also, used half almond extract, half vanilla. Everything else at my Christmas breakfast was so-so, this was the exception. A definite must try!
