Beefy Baked Ravioli
Yum! This is definitely a keeper! Only changes I made was to use ground turkey instead of beef, and to use a can of crushed tomatoes (I added italian seasonings) instead of using a jar of spaghetti sauce. Also, another reviewer said to cook the ravioli before making the recipe. I found that I didn't need to. It was great as is!

Grilled Buffalo Wings
Absolutely delicious! My husband substituted his favorite hot sauce (the Blazing Sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings) instead of the Louisiana hot sauce. I made a separate batch for me and the kids (we don't care for foods too spicy), I substituted bbq sauce instead of the hot sauce and omitted the cayenne pepper. Both batches of wings turned out great! We will definitely be making these many, many more times!

Macaroni 'n' Cheese for Two
I was looking for an economical homemade mac n cheese for my kids and I for lunch. I've tried this recipe twice now, and don't care for it. The first time, I tried heating the sauce in the microwave as another reviewer suggested. The second time, I followed the recipe exactly. Both times the texture and consistency lacked creaminess. It was almost gritty. Even my kids turned up their noses at this. I will not be trying this recipe again.
